Welcome Back!  Sad to see the Big East as we know it gone and also sad that UCONN had to sit out the last dance.

POOL RULES 2013

1. Fill out the entire bracket and hand it in with your $10 before noon on Thursday, 3/21 (the 4 Opening Round/Play-In games in Dayton on Mar 19-20 DO NOT COUNT)... Don't be late, don't leave blanks, and print yourself a copy!

2. Please do not use uncommon abbreviations. UNC is fine. UW is not.

3. Do not use a red pen! I mark incorrect picks in red.

4. Please write your name (if you use an alias make sure I know who you are)  in the space provided. Don't write your name in the margins or borders.  I use the blank spaces to keep score.

5. Please only use the bracket provided (on Monday)...it is a pain in the butt to have to look all over the sheet for a game!

6. Have a thick skin......I WILL make fun of your picks, your family, etc.

7. Scoring is 1 point for each first round game correct, two points for the second round, 3 for the 3rd, 4 for the 4th, 6 for the 5th (Final Four) and 8 points for the championship game. Bonus points......if you correctly pick a 14, 15 or 16 seed to win a game you get 5 Bonus Points plus the number of points for the round (1 + 5 for a first round game, 2 + 5 for a second round game, etc.) Go out on a limb....Have fun!!!

8. First tiebreaker is having the correct winner of the championship game. Second tiebreaker is having the correct winners of the Final Four Games. Third tiebreaker is having the most Final Four teams correct. Last tiebreaker is adding up the seed numbers of the 8 teams you picked for your Elite Eight, correct or otherwise!!!

9. The pool is open to the extended network of families, pets and friends of East Hampton High School and East Hampton Middle School.

10. I will not hunt you down to ask for your pool! If you want to participate you know how to find me! No pools accepted after noon on Thursday!!!
